| This is how you do it |
| Buy a new and unused eligible 2008 or 2009 model year Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep vehicle (excluding all small fleet accounts, SRT Chrysler Crossfire, Dodge Sprinter, Challenger, Viper, Ram Chassis Cab and Jeep Wrangler). In addition, you will need to have an active Visa® or MasterCard credit card account. |

| Get a Chrysler’s $2.99 Gas Guarantee valid for up to 3 years. You can get 87 octane, regular unleaded fuel, E85 fuel, or diesel fuel only, depending on the purchased vehicle*. Your yearly allotment of gallons is provided; maximum gallons are allocated and limited for usage on a yearly basis. This allotment runs through 7/31/2009 (first year ends 7/31/09). |
| 2. Enroll |
| Register online at http://refuelamerica.pricelock.com or call at (800) 866-4656 and submit the information necessary. Your Personalized Let’s Refuel America Gas Card will arrive within 4-6 weeks of receipt of your application. |
| 3. Use & Save |
| Use the Let’s Refuel America Gas Card like any other credit card - swipe and type your PIN to use. You can check your account transactions online (details in your Welcome Package) and use the Website to access your account. Monthly statements can be mailed or emailed according to your preference. |
| *Disclaimer: *If mid-grade or premium unleaded fuel is purchased, the customer will be billed for the $2.99 plus $.15 per gallon for mid-grade (88-89 octane) or plus $.30 for premium (90-94 octane). All other grades of fuel higher than 94 octane are not covered under this program and the full pump price will be billed through to the customer plus a $2 service fee per transaction with no gallon usage penalty. If customer purchases unleaded gas (including E85) on a diesel card, or diesel fuel on an unleaded gas card, the customer will be billed the full pump price plus $2 service fee per transaction with no gallon usage penalty. |
